BFRS is a Social Enterprise that was created to work in support of the Armed Forces Community (AFC). We support them by working with companies across the UK that are looking to hire, re-train, and offer career advice to the them.
We successful host National Careers Fairs across the country and our aim is to continuously introduce the AFC to companies and try to ensure they are fully aware of the benefits of employing from this community.

To find local GP & doctors surgeries for Local doctors surgeries for Kinloss and IV36 3UH. You can not only see all sorts of things about GP surgeries which you might find really useful (including whether they are accepting new patients or not!) Crucially you can also enter a medical condition and see where it can be treated near Kinloss and get general guidelines as to how long you might be in hospital for say a hip replacement. Each hospital is different. You might find this either worrying or comforting!

Great gym and facilities including physio n more. I am not a member....yet, but at present pay as I go for some classes. My favourite being Ladies who Lift! Well equipped gym with loads of free weights. Staff are super friendly and eager to help too!
Great pricing and knowledge from an experienced team of trainers. The gym is well kitted out and they have a good choice of classes that are all well run. I've been to their seminars on Olympic lifting and found it I teresting and challenged a few of my own thoughts on class delivery. Really worth checking these sessions out when they are run.

My Kids love coming to the pool, lots of their friends come here too. Good gym, just had new equipment which has improved it greatly. There's also a sauna and a steam room. Plenty of options for different workout classes through the week, always something on. If you have a family and plan to use the facilities at least once a week it's worth joining.
The Forres Swimming pool and gym are very popular. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The aqua aerobics is very popular. I swim about 3 or 4 times a week.

After my mum passed away, we were treated with the utmost dignity and sympathy. No one should be afraid of giving their relatives the chance to be cared for at the Cathay Nursing Home, I could not recommend them highly enough.

My principal base, after training at St.Athan, based on 120 Squadron Shackleton Mk.3 Phase 3, on SAR missions and submarine tracking. I rented a caravan at Findhorn and spent many happy hours on the 12 mile beach running from Findhorn Bay to Elgin and Lossiemouth, bordered by pine forest, wearing nothing but a smile! Bought a second hand Fletcher speedboat to pay for the caravan rental and provided speedboat trips for 5s.0d per passenger, between Summer 1965 and Spring 1968 before training as a Sgt. Navigator at RAF Stradishall.
